What Can I Become with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering? 

Chemical Engineer:  As a chemical engineer, you can work in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil and gas, food processing, and environmental engineering.

Process Engineer: Process engineers focus on improving and optimizing industrial processes. They work on maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, improving quality, and ensuring safety in production processes. 

Research and Development Engineer: In this role, you can work on developing new products, technologies, and processes. You may conduct experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve existing products or develop new ones.

Project Engineer/Manager: Project engineers or managers are responsible for overseeing engineering projects from planning to execution. They coordinate resources, manage timelines, ensure compliance with regulations, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to complete projects successfully.

Environmental Engineer:  an environmental engineer, you would work on identifying and implementing solutions to address environmental challenges.

Safety Engineer: Safety engineers play a critical role in ensuring workplace safety and preventing accidents. They develop safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, implement safety measures, and educate employees on safety procedures. 

Quality Engineer: Quality engineers focus on ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. They develop quality control procedures, conduct inspections, analyze data, and implement quality improvement initiatives. 

Energy Engineer: Energy engineers work on optimizing energy usage, reducing energy consumption, and implementing renewable energy solutions.

Technical Sales Engineer: With a chemical engineering background, you can also pursue a career in technical sales.
