The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay has secured a spot in the world's top 150 universities in the recent edition of the QS World University Rankings 2024
Followed by IIT Bombay, the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi comes in second spot when it comes to Indian universities at 197.
The third spot among the top Indian universities of QS World University Rankings 2024 is secured by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore at 225.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has attained the fourth spot among the Indian universities with a ranking of 271.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur has secured the fifth position among the Indian universities with a ranking of 278.
Indian Institute of Technology, Madras has secured the sixth rank among the Indian universities with a ranking of 285.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati has attained the seventh position among the Indian universities with a ranking of 364.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has attained the eighth position among the Indian universities with a ranking of 369.
India has two entrants in the world’s top 500 universities with the University of Delhi at 407 position.
Another entrant among Indian universities this year is Anna University with 427 rank making its debut.
