How to Make Time Table for IIT JEE Preparation 2023? 

Importance of JEE Mains Preparation Timetable    Where you can leave it till the last minute to open your books and still score well. The wide content, difficulty level, and great competition around the test make it tough to crack. So you must have a solid plan to overcome the hurdles. This is possible only when you lead a disciplined lifestyle. Your IIT JEE preparation should be rigorous and strategic. 

6:30-6:45 AM - Always aim to get up between 5.30 and 6.00 a.m. and stretch and exercise. Yoga and meditation, if feasible, can help you improve your mental power and focus. After that, do some breathing exercises. It will get you ready for the day. 

7:30 AM – 2:30 PM - Attend classes. Pay careful attention in class to everything that is being taught. Take notes in class; they will assist you in two ways. Increase your chances of achieving well in board exams, which is crucial in determining your JEE Advanced score. Assist you with your IIT JEE preparation. 

2:30-3:30 PM - Have some food, relax, or take a power sleep. 

3:30-8:30 PM - It’s time to study. Divide your time into two halves. Prepare these two distinct portions in two sections so that you may dedicate equal attention to all your selections. Try to learn new ideas and work on more complex tasks this time. If you get stuck on anything, make a note of it and try it again the following day. 

8:30-9:30 PM - Rest, go out, recharge, and then have supper. Make sure you eat a light meal. A high-fat, high-calorie dinner will put you to sleep. 

9:30-10:30 PM - Examine the remaining topic. Before going to bed, drink a glass of milk. 

10:30-11:30 PM - Reread what you learned throughout the day. Make a to-do list for the next day. Sleep.
