Preparation 

One of the best ways to deal with stress during an interview is to be well-prepared. 

Deep Breathing 

When you start to feel stressed, take a few deep breaths to calm your nerves. 

Positive Visualization 

Before the interview, take some time to visualize yourself in a successful interview. 

Focus on the Present 

Instead of worrying about the outcome of the interview, focus on the present moment. 

Practice Mindfulness 

Mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or yoga, can help you stay grounded and calm during the interview process. 

Be Honest 

If you start to feel overwhelmed during the interview, it's okay to be honest with the interviewer. 

Remember it's a Two-Way Street 

While the interviewer is assessing you, you are also assessing the company to see if it's a good fit for you.
