Revise Topics –By now, you must have already studied all the topics and have at least been prepared with 90% of the syllabus. So, when you have only a few days or a week left, this is the time to only pay attention to topics that you know are your weakness. Practice those questions, and you are good to go.
Do Not Take Mock Tests at the Last Minute – Take one last mock test a week before; don’t take one the night before the exam or even a day before. This could mess with your mind in case you do not get a good score.
Avoid Learning New Topics – Do not attempt to learn anything during the last few days of your JEE Mains; this could cause confusion and extreme stress. This is the time for revision, so stick to doing that.
Take Regular Breaks – Even though you are revising topics, do not sit in on one go; instead, take regular breaks. Maybe take a moment to listen to some music and calm yourself down from all the stress you feel. .
Avoid Unnecessary Distractions – Now that you have successfully studied for the exam over these months and are just a few days away, try and stay focused. Keep yourself away from things that could distract you, such as binge-watching series, partying, etc. This is time for you to catch up on a lot of sleep.
Stay Positive – The few days you have left for your JEE Mains can be the most stressful. This can make you feel anxious and bring all sorts of negative thoughts to your mind. However, this is the time to stay calm, be confident about how much you have prepared and worry much. You could try yoga or meditation to keep yourself calm and free from all sorts of stress.
Make sure you have your alarm set and your clothes ready, and you have planned much ahead of what time you will be reaching the test centre.
Make sure you are not studying anything the night before. Believe in yourself, you have done enough, and now it is time to execute. Spend some time with your family or just listen to music to calm down. Eat healthily, drink plenty of water, and get enough sleep.
