There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the objective tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score.
The reasoning is covered under the Reasoning and Computer Aptitude section and around 41 – 43 questions from reasoning are asked. To improve the attempt strategy for the reasoning section in IBPS mains the candidates are expected to have a clear idea of the weightage of important topics.
