Burnout is stress-related -  It is a type of exhaustion that is caused by stress, and it can lead to feelings of depression, isolation, and low accomplishments.

Your Purpose -  It all starts with that intrinsic motivation, the thought that learning is a naturally satisfying act. The most effective manner of preventing burnout is to be sure of your purpose for studying.

Set Reasonable Goals -  When you have too much to take in, this can create stress. It’s the same thing when you set unrealistic goals.

Visualize Your Progress -  Always keep your syllabus and other pertinent resources to gain a full picture of all the projects you intend to pursue along with their deadlines.

Say “No” If You Have To -  Students may end up mentally and physically drained when they take on extra assignments and tasks or volunteer to spearhead projects.

Take Regular Breaks -  It is important to manage stress effectively to avoid burnout. A productive coping mechanism includes regular exercise, a proper diet, sufficient quality sleep, and healthy social interaction.

Get Enough Sleep and Exercise -  In relation to taking frequent breaks, exercise and sleep must be given priority. The National Sleep Foundation reported a direct link between a lack of sleep and a decline in cognitive function.
