The first step for admission to SIU is to secure good marks in the SNAP exam 2021. The exam held by the university is the National Symbiosis Test (SNAP). You need to visit the university’s official website and register to continue the application process.
The general eligibility criteria for SNAP listed in the SNAP 2021 exam is that candidates must obtain at least 50% of the total score at the time of graduation. SNAP Selection Process 2021: Second Stage
The selection process only involves selecting candidates based on SNAP entrance exam. This procedure is carried out in 16 institutes of Symbiosis International University. The shortlisted candidates will be announced on the official website.
The entire selection process is only conducted within the campus. The selection process includes group exercises, personal interviews, and a written aptitude test (GE-PIWAT). The following is a brief description of these segments:
- Group Exercise: Group exercises analyze students’ skills, including communication skills, problem-solving skills, and determination and willingness to solve the task which is given to them. In addition, each group accepts two case studies, and students will be included in the shortlist for a round of face-to-face interviews based on the students’ statements in the group exercises.
- Personal Interview: The sole purpose of this round is to analyze the students’ ability to answer questions, test student’s communication skills, interpersonal skills, and self-confidence.
- Written Ability Test: In this round, students need to appear in a paper-and-pencil test and where they will be provided with a topic to write on. This round of testing takes the test taker’s writing ability, grammar ability, and vocabulary and time management.
