The selection process of SBI SO is conducted by the State Bank of India for recruiting candidates for various vacant posts. To clear the exam and get recruited, the candidates have to go through and clear 2 stages:

1. SBI SO Selection Process 2021: Written examination

For the role of Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and IT Security Expert, the written test consists of four subjects, whereas for the role of Project Manager, Application Architect, and Technical Lead, there are 5 subjects. Let’s talk about them in a bit of detail.

• For Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and IT Security Expert Exam Pattern

1. This exam is conducted via online mode.
2. 4 subjects are asked in this exam, all qualifying in nature.
3. It is an objective type examination.
4. Except for the English language paper, all the other subjects, questions are asked in bilingual language.
5. 1 mark is rewarded for every correct answer, but no marks are deducted for any wrong answer.

2. SBI SO Selection Process 2021: Interview

• After qualifying for the Written exam, the candidates will have to clear the Interview.
• The total weightage of the interview is 25 marks.
• It is in a 70:30 ratio with the written examination.
• The final merit will be decided by the marks obtained in the written exam plus the interview.
