Recently, RBI has released a notification regarding the RBI Grade B Officer Exam 2021 at its official site to recruit 322 posts of Grade B Officers. It was published on 28th January 2021. Registration for the IOB Exam commenced from January 28th, 2021 to February 15th, 2021. RBI Recruitment 2021 | Salary & Job Profile
The 12-14 Lac annual salary will be awarded to all officers recruited from the RBI Grade B 2021 Exam. Various emoluments and privileges provide along with this CTC. The RBI Grade B Officer’s Pay Scale is Rs. 35150-1750(9)-50900-EB-1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400. It means that you will receive a base salary of Rs. 35,150/- in which you will receive an Rs. 1,750/- rise to nine years of your service.
You can go into the executive band at the accomplishment of nine years where the basic pay will be Rs. 50,900/- and then again over the next two years you can get a raise of Rs. 1,750/- and further a raise of Rs. 2000/- for the next 2 years, thereby finishing with the basic pay of Rs. 62,400/- for the next two years and this is where you don’t get any promotion.
Apart from the Basic Pay, multiple emoluments such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, etc. will also be provided.

RBI Recruitment 2021 | Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must ensure that they must meet the RBI Eligibility Criteria 2021 formulated by the RBI before continuing with the RBI Application Form. If you are not fulfilling the mentioned criteria, then you are not allowed to fill out the Application Form for RBI 2021. The eligibility requirements are depended on the age limit, nationality, and educational qualification of the applicants.
Nationality
As per Nationality, RBI Recruitment specifies that an applicant to be a citizen of the listed states only. A candidate must comply with all of the mentioned criteria:
- a Citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

OR • Any such full-time course from a recognized University / Institute that is taken after graduation and is at least 2 years’ duration / recognized by the Government as equivalent to post-graduation will be eligible for admission to the examination. |

Essential: a. A Master’s Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR b. PGDM/ MBA Finance with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR c. Master’s Degree in Economics in any of the sub-categories of economics i.e. agricultural/ business/ developmental/ applied, etc., with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute. |
Note: SC, ST, and PwBD candidates having second class with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years in Master’s Degree examination or equivalent recognized qualifications are eligible to apply. |

Essential: a. A Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years; OR b. Master’s Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years and one-year post graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from an Institute of repute; OR c. M. Stat. Degree of Indian Statistical Institute with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters/years; OR d. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) jointly offered by ISI Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur, and IIM Calcutta with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years. |
Note: For SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, the minimum marks required in Master’s Degree as in items (a), (b), (c), and (d) above is 50% or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years. |

- Click on the “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” link provided on the topmost right-hand side of the home page of the Reserve Bank of India.
- You will be redirected to the first section of the RBI Grade B Application form wherein you have to fill in all your basic information like Name, Contact details, and Email-id for registration
- An email & SMS indicating the provisional registration number and password will be sent.
- Now, fill up your personal details in the form which includes-

- After you have filled in your personal details, you are required to fill in your Educational Qualifications and your Work Experience. Once you are done with this, you are required to fill in the preference list stating the choice of your center to give the RBI Grade B 2021 Exam.
- Upload your photograph and signature in the size and format allowed by RBI. The permissible size of the photograph must be 4.5 cm * 3.5 cm and the photograph must be of passport size. Both the photograph and the signature must be clear and legible. Permissible file size of the photograph must be of minimum 20 KB and of maximum 50 KB and that of the signature must be of minimum 10 KB and of maximum 20 KB. Click on the Next button.
- Click on the ‘Preview Tab’ to verify all the information provided by you in the Application form before you submit it.
- Now. submit it by clicking on the ‘Final Submit’ option
- Finally, Select the preferable payment method to fill in the application fee for RBI Grade B 2021 Exam. You can complete the payment either through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking etc.
- On successful payment of the fee, a fee receipt is generated which you need to save for future reference.
- Click on Submit button. Your application for RBI Grade B 2021 will be successfully submitted.

RBI Admit Card 2021 | Steps To Download Hall Ticket
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will release RBI Grade B Admit Card 2021 for Phase I and Phase II tentatively on the 3rd week of February 2021 and the 2nd week of March 2021 respectively. RBI Grade B Admit Card will be issued only to those candidates whose applications are accepted by the examination authority.
The RBI will release admit card in online mode. Therefore, no hard copy of the admit card will be sent via post or courier to the postal address. Check out the steps to download RBI Admit Card:

RBI Result and ScoreCard 2021
The RBI Grade B result is declared for the Phase I and Phase II examination followed by the final result to recruit the candidates as employees in the Reserve Bank of India. The result will be announced online on the official website. RBI Grade B Result will be available in PDF form. The scorecard is released a few days after the declaration of the result. Candidates can download the RBI ScoreCard by logging with the required credentials.
