PSU Recruitment Through GATE 2024: If you are looking for a job in any of the PSUs, you must have a robust and high-intensity technical understanding and knowledge of middle engineering principles. You can do that by clearing the GATE exam where there are more than two thousand vacancies are currently available for a graduate in engineering in important PSUs across India.

GATE Scores for PSU Recruitment
Recruitment in various PSUs is usually conducted on the basis of GATE scores. While all of the candidates are needed to have qualified GATE with the required cutoff, the specific scores for the recruitment will be announced by each company.
For some GATE PSU recruitments, only the present year score will be accepted while some recruitment also accept previous year scores. GATE scores are not valid for three years for PSU recruitment.
PSU Recruitment Through GATE 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
To be able to get recruited in the PSUs through GATE, you must fulfil the Eligibility Criteria.
Age
- For General candidates, it is between 21-27 years.
- For SC/ST candidates, it is between 21-30 years.
Nationality
- Indian citizes are eligible for the recruitment process.
- Citizens from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal, UAE and Sri Lanka are also eligible.
Educational Qualification
Only those candidates can apply who have completed their graduation in B.Tech or BE, or the final students are also eligible for the GATE exam.
Marks Criteria
- There is a 65% marks criteria in graduation for most of the PSUs.
- The candidates with 70% or more in the graduation can apply to all the PSUs.
- You must have the GATE scorecard to apply for PSUs.
PSU Recruitment Through GATE – Selection Process 2024
To apply for the PSU Recruitment Through GATE, you have to complete the selection process. Follow these steps for completing the selection process.
1. Fill out the registration form from the official website and send it with the fee.
2. After the GATE result, you will be shortlisted for the PSUs. The shortlisted aspirants will appear for written exams.
3. The candidates shortlisted from the written exam will go for Group Discussion, and the Personal Interview will be conducted for those who have cleared the GD Round.
