Probation

  • The candidate recruited for the AO position has to be on a probation period of one year, starting from the day of joining the duty.
  • Before the probation period begins, an undertaking is to be submitted by the recruited candidate, to serve the Company for at least four years. This includes the probation period as well.
  • For the confirmation of his or her service in the company, the candidates have to clear the Non-Life Licentiate Examination, conducted by the Insurance Institute of India, during the probation period.
