1. For the candidates who fall under more than one category of age relaxation, the relationship shall be available based on government guidelines and rules of the company.  
2. Candidates who seek age relaxation will have to produce the required documents while filling up the application form. Also, these candidates are required to submit the documents during the interview process.  
3. For the Ex-servicemen who have joined the civil side of the government after serving the army, his or her status of re-employment ceases.

Nationality is also one of the most important criteria in the NIACL AO Eligibility Criteria 2021. The nationality criteria for the candidates could be any of the following discussed below:-  

1. An Indian Citizen  
2. A candidate of Nepal  
3. A subject from Bhutan  
4. A Tibetan permanent immigrant who had come to India to settle before January 1, 1962  
5. A candidate of India Origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Zaire, Malawi, the United Republic of Tanzania, and Vietnam.  
6. The Government of India should have issued the immigrants the immigrant candidates with a certificate of eligibility.  

NIACL AO Eligibility Criteria 2021 | Educational Qualification  

The Education Criteria is one of the most important criteria which candidates need to focus on before applying for the Examination. As the candidates to appear for the NIACL AO Exam is either having an undergraduate degree or a postgraduate degree from any state or central government acknowledged University. The age criteria in common as follows:-  

• Candidates who belong to SC/ST/PWD/EWC categories must have a minimum score of 55%  
• Candidates who belong to the General and OBC Category must have at least a minimum score of 60%.
