Details for the Topics included in the NCERT Solutions Class 12 Maths Chapter 10 Exercise 10.3

This NCERT Exercise includes the product of the vector in this way:

  • Scalar or dot Product of two vectors. This result of a Scalar product of two vectors is a scalar quantity. Two vectors with a magnitude not equal to zero are perpendicular if and only if their scalar product is equal to zero.
  • If a vector makes an angle theta with a given directed line L, in the anticlockwise direction, then the projection of vec{AB} on L is a vector with magnitude theta. It is called the projection vector in line.

However, solving the problems of this Exercise will help the students in understanding these concepts of Vectors in a better way.
