LIC ADO Exam Pattern 2021

The LIC ADO exam is mainly conducted in three categories as following

1. Employee Category: Individuals who are full-time, salaried employees of LIC (in Class III)

2. Agents Category: Individuals who work as agents under LIC

3. Open Market Category: All other candidates

The LIC ADO Exam involves three stages of the recruitment process: Online Test, Interview, and Medical Exam.  The Online Test for candidates from Open Market category has two phases – Prelims and Mains. The Online Test for Employee category and Agents category has only one phase – Main.

The online test for Open Market category consists of two stages: Prelims and Mains.

LIC ADO Prelims Exam Pattern

The Prelims is objective in nature. The Reasoning and Numerical Ability sections will be in both English & Hindi. English Language section is qualifying in nature and the marks obtained in this section will not be counted for ranking.

LIC Exam Pattern for Interview Stage

Candidates who have obtained qualifying marks (both sectional and overall) in the Mains will be called for the interview process. Based on the number of vacancies, LIC reserves the right to fix the eligibility standards so as to restrict the applicants to be called for the interview and also decided on the minimum qualifying marks to qualify the interview round. The maximum marks for interview are 37.

LIC Exam Pattern Medical Examination

LIC will conduct medical examination so as to check the fitness of the shortlisted candidates. Only those candidates who are found fit after the medical examination will be appointed as Apprentice Development Officer.
