LIC AAO Selection Process 2021 : The exam for LIC AAO will be conducted soon. The candidates who are appearing for this exam must be well aware of the LIC AAO selection process and the pattern of the examination. This process is a three tier process. LIC AAO Phase – I Preliminary Exam Pattern

• The first stage of the LIC AAO Selection Process is the prelims.
• This stage is of qualifying nature and the marks are not added to the final merit list.
• This paper is of 70 marks and the details of this stage have been tabulated below.

LIC AAO Phase – II Main Exam Pattern

• This phase is of objective 300 marks and descriptive 25 marks.
• This will be conducted online.
• The descriptive section has to be typed written responses by the candidates and it will be done right after the objective test.

LIC AAO Phase – III Interview

• The candidates who clear the cut off in the main examination will be called for the interview.
• The final merit list will be made by considering the marks in the interview and in the mains.
