The Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) has launched the Indian Bank Self Employment Training Institute (INDSETI), which aims to provide training and assistance to aspiring entrepreneurs in India’s lead districts. To achieve this goal, IBTRD is seeking to recruit Support Staff on a contractual basis for a period of three years at INDSETI Tiruvannamalai.
The primary responsibility of the support staff is to perform basic support services such as maintenance of premises, filing, and other tasks assigned by other staff.
According to the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Office Assistant position is open to graduates with computer knowledge and prior experience as an office assistant.
The candidate must also possess a valid driving license, as the nature of the job involves travel/field visits. Salary for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023
As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the salary structure for the Office Assistant position is a consolidated salary of Rs. 12,000/-, which may be revised on an annual basis by 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on a satisfactory performance review of services rendered.
In addition to the consolidated salary, there is a fixed travel allowance (FTA) of actuals subject to a minimum of Rs. 1000/- per month against bills or Rs. 500 on a declaration basis. Non-financial benefits like leave and others will be decided by the Trust from time to time.
The Attendant position comes with a consolidated salary of Rs. 8,000/- which may be revised by 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on a satisfactory performance review of services rendered.
