IBPS Clerk Selection Process | Finals 2023
The final stage is the interview phase, also known as the final stage of the selection process. Candidates who successfully reach this stage will face a round of interviews conducted by participating organizations from the IBPS secretary.
You should be aware that grades obtained in Phase I of the Preliminary Exam will not be added for the selection and only grades obtained in Phase II of the Main Exam will be added to Phase III of the interview (if the interview is conducted).

- Candidates who pass the Main examination will be placed in descending order as per their respective categories and marks.
- On the basis of the number of vacancies, only a certain number of candidates from amongst those who qualify by ranking high enough in merit will be called for interview in the ratio of a maximum of 3 candidates for each vacancy.
- Candidates will have to score minimum percentage marks (to be decided by the bank) in the interview to be considered for final selection.
- 5% relaxation for reserved (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS) category will be available thereon.
- Interview call letters will be uploaded on the Bank’s website after the announcement of the result of the online test.
