Wipro is currently seeking to fill a position for an experienced Associate at their Mumbai office. The primary responsibility of the Associate is to efficiently and accurately handle low-complexity transactions according to the specific standard operating procedures set by the client. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to execute tasks based on established rules. The Associate collaborates with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manager to identify any areas of concern or potential enhancements. Additionally, this role may be utilized across various client teams.

- Acquire process knowledge from SMEs (Internal/Client) and obtain process certification.
- Participate in and successfully complete role-related training programs.
- Take responsibility for effectively managing assigned tasks.
- Process transactions of low complexity with accuracy.
- Ensure consistent productivity and accuracy according to team requirements.
- Deliver services timely and accurately based on client SLAs and contractual commitments.

Qualifications for this Job
The following are the requirements and qualifications for the position:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Commerce or Accounting.
- Have work experience ranging from 0 to 24 months.
- Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possess working knowledge of computer applications, including Excel and Word.
- Demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
