UPS is currently seeking an experienced Billing/Collections Supervisor to join their Pune team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing billing activities for Small Package (SP) operations across the US, Europe, and Asia regions.
This role involves various responsibilities, including but not limited to monitoring the quality and productivity of the billing function, overseeing billing activities for all customer segments, assisting in resolving complex disputes by issuing billing adjustments, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within the department.
The Billing Supervisor will also ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Audit processes. Additionally, they will interact with internal and external customers, as well as vendors and external service providers associated with UPS and its clients.

- Conducts performance reviews to drive team performance and motivate them to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.

- Preferably, has experience and knowledge in Small Pack billing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
