GATE Cut off 2022 – Along with the GATE result, IIT Kharagpur will reveal the GATE 2022 cutoff for all 29 subject examinations. The cutoff is the minimum score required by candidates to clear the GATE 2022 Exam. It is important to remember that the GATE 2022 cutoff differs for each of the 29 subject papers.

GATE 2022 Cutoff
IIT Kharagpur will release the cut off along with the GATE Result 2022. The cut-off for each subject paper will be announced separately. Candidates clearing the minimum GATE cutoff specified by the exam authority can participate in CCMT & COAP counselling process. GATE cut-offs are released in three categories
- Minimum qualifying Cut Off marks for each stream,
- The institute-wise cut-off score for admission,
- The cut-off for PSUs.

- GATE Qualifying Cut off: The GATE qualifying cutoff, also known as the GATE cutoff, is the minimum score required to qualify for the exam. For each of the 27 subjects for which the exam will be held, the GATE cutoff 2022 will be different. The cutoff for GATE 2022 will varied depending on the candidate categories. The conducting institute announces the GATE qualifying cutoff concurrently with the announcement of the results.
- GATE Admission Cut off: The GATE admission cutoff is the minimum score that candidates must achieve in order to be admitted to one of the participating institutes. The GATE admission cutoff is announced by the institute at the time of the desired admission.
- GATE Cut off For PSUs: The GATE PSU cutoff is the minimum score that candidates must have to secure for a chance to get selected for PSU job.
