Job Description

The following are the job requirements for the position:

  • Assist in developing and executing the brand communication strategy for Flipkart Health+.
  • Implement key campaigns throughout the year to achieve the desired brand positioning and leadership status.
  • Generate innovative and impactful messaging and campaigns that support the marketing objectives of the brand.
  • Manage and collaborate with creative agencies and digital channel managers to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Monitor and manage review plans in collaboration with digital channel managers and agencies.
  • Coordinate with the internal research team to incorporate consumer/category insights into the communication strategy and fine-tune creative elements for better brand impact and business goals.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly optimization tactics to improve the ROI of each channel without losing sight of growth, supporting digital channel managers.
  • Collaborate with program managers and category teams to align and consistently deliver their expectations, whether in terms of creativity or strategy.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor payments and onboarding processes, including legal approvals, vendor registration, and vendor evaluation.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing media marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement advancements, and media technology, providing internal expertise to keep the organization informed.
  • Implement ongoing communications to inspire outstanding work and establish a robust feedback loop that contributes to the brand’s growth.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, drawing insights for future actions.

Qualifications for this Job

The following are the requirements and qualifications for the position:

Education: Candidates must hold an MBA degree from a recognized Indian University.

Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in the field of Brand Marketing is required, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Durables/Sports/D2C brands. Exposure to 360-degree marketing is essential.

Skills: Candidates must possess expertise in Brand Marketing, Agency Handling, Social Media Handling, and Budget Management.

Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills, are required. The ability to organize information in a concise and impactful manner to effectively communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders is also essential.
