Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023
Candidates must be 28 years old as of the date of the interview, with 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, according to the official DRDO Recruitment 2023 notification. The OBC applicants in the creamy layer, however, will not be qualified for an age reduction.

Chemistry/Polymer Science–
Postgraduate degree with first division and NET certificate in a suitable field (basic sciences).
Engineering Textiles–
First-class graduate standing in a professional programme (B.E./B.Tech.) in the pertinent discipline with NET or GATE. or a postgraduate degree in a professional programme (M.E./M.Tech.) with first division at the graduate and postgraduate levels in the pertinent discipline.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2023
Those that are chosen will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000. For the first two years, Research Fellows will receive a contingency grant on a reimbursement basis, up to a maximum of Rs. 15000 per year. For the following years, the contingency grant may be raised to Rs. 20000. They will also qualify for HRA under government regulations.
