- Varanasi District Magistrate Kaushal Raj Sharma has ordered school managements to suspend classes till Wednesday, January 8, 2020. All schools in Varanasi will open on Thursday.

- The Examination Branch, Directorate of Education, Old Secretariat, Government of NCT of Delhi has released the common pre-board school examination 2019-20 date sheet for Delhi schools.
