Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications from eligible and willing candidates for the post of Trainee Officer and Project Officer. As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit should be up to 32 years.
The appointment is based on a temporary basis for its Hyderabad, Machilipatnam and Bengaluru offices. The period of engagement is up to 03 years but may be extended up to 04 years including the initial period.
The BEL Recruitment 2023 official announcement states that successful candidates will receive a remuneration of up to Rs. 55000 per month. A written test and an interview will serve as the foundation for the candidate selection process. Sr. Dy. Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2023
In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates should be a maximum of 28 years for the post of Trainee Officer and a maximum of 32 years for the post of Project Officer.
Qualification and Experience for BEL Recruitment 2023
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications and experience for the mentioned post as given below-
MA (Hindi) or any PG with proficiency in Hindi i.e., studied Hindi as the medium in matriculation or studied Hindi as an elective subject at the Degree level.
Experience for Trainee Officers–
Freshers can apply for the post.
Experience for Project Officer-I
2 years of relevant post-qualification experience such as administrative work in Hindi, terminological work in Hindi, translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa etc. Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered. The selection committee’s decision, with respect to the relevance of experience, will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered.
Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023
According to the official BEL Recruitment 2023 announcement, chosen candidates will get the following monthly compensation:
- The selected candidates for the post of Trainee Officer will get a monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs.30000 for the 1st year, Rs.35000 for the 2nd year, and Rs.40000 for the 3rd year.
- The selected candidates for the post of Project Officer will get a monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs.40000 for the 1st year, Rs.45000 for the 2nd year, Rs.50000 for the 3rd year, and Rs.55000 for the 4th year.
Tenure for BEL Recruitment 2023
As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the tenure for the given posts is mentioned below-
- Selected candidates for the post of Trainee Officers will be engaged for a period of 02 years but may be extended up to a maximum of 03 years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance.
- Selected candidates for the post of Project Officers will be engaged initially for a period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 04 years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance.
Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2023
According to the official BEL Recruitment 2023 announcement, candidates will be chosen based on a written exam and an interview. Only those candidates will be shortlisted for the interview who pass the written test in a ratio of 1:5.
Application Fee for BEL Recruitment 2023
In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the application fee for the post of Trainee Officer-I is Rs.177 and for the post of Project Officer (OL)- I candidates have to pay Rs.472 as the application fee. Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.

According to the official BEL Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and qualified candidates can download the required format from the website and send the properly filled-out and signed form, along with the relevant documents, by speed post only, super-scribing on the envelope the “RECRUITMENT OF TRAINEE / PROJECT OFFICER (OL) -I” before the deadline. There won’t be any other forms of application accepted.
The application must be submitted by April 29, 2023. Applications received after the deadline won’t be taken into consideration.
