The global MI strategy is defined and developed by the MI analyst in collaboration with customers, and reporting output is coordinated. The following are the main responsibilities for the position:
- The person to contact for all MI-related matters, including reporting tool product support, installation, upkeep, problem-solving, and consultation

- Effectively advises product users on which reports will best meet the needs and requirements of the client.
- Examine reports to spot patterns and their effects on clients.
- Organizes creating Business Intelligence (BI) reports, presentations, scorecards, and reviews.
- Set up a system to handle queries about and for all data in order to promote improvement, and globalize all reporting.
- Support account managers with relation to BI components as they get ready for monthly client reviews and meetings.
- Make suggestions for hierarchy-based reports’ formatting.

Qualifications for this Job
The qualifications and skills required for this role are as follows:

- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience where course work could include (either): statistics, travel, business administration, finance, decision sciences, economics, and mathematics. Candidates with master’s degree preferred
- Candidates with prior knowledge and experience of working on the travel data industry will be preferred
- Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expert in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and Access. SQL knowledge will be a plus
- Good knowledge in data visualization solutions including Tableau will be preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, listening ability, and written presentation skills
- Highly client-focused with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve the customer experience
- Team player, Flexibility/ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and committed to organization goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including those needed to support customers in other regions.
