Eligibility Criteria for AAI Recruitment 2023
Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements listed below to be considered for AAI recruiting in 2023.
1- Retired ATCOs (from AAI) from the level of E7/E6 (Jt. General Manager / Dy. General Manager) to be engaged as consultants.
2- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field.
3- Maximum age of retired officials shall not be more than 70 years and they should be medically fit, thereby he/she can serve as a Consultant maximum of up to the age of 70 years.
4- The eligible candidate should be clear from a vigilance/disciplinary angle at the time of retirement. In this regard, the candidate has to submit supporting documents.
5- There should be no criminal case pending against the eligible candidate and the same will be self-certified by the respective candidate.
6- Candidates, who have completed 05 years cumulative periods as consultants in AAI, shall not be considered for re-engagement of consultants as per existing policy.
7- The applicant should be willing to join immediately or on short notice time.
Selection Procedure for AAI Recruitment 2023
Applicants will be chosen based on an interview, and the decision will be made following the current AAI Policy, the results of the eligibility requirements and interview marks, as well as the overall merit ranking.
