NDA Exam Selection Process 2023

As mentioned before, there are 2 stages of this year’s NDA selection process. 

• Written exam
• SSB Interview.

Let’s get into the details of both stages of the Selection Process of NDA 2023.

Stage 1 – Written Exam

There are 2 papers in the Written examination stage:

1. Mathematics
2. General Ability Test (GAT)

Stage 2 – SSB Interview

After qualifying for the written exam, candidates are invited for the SSB Interview. SSB interview comprises two different stages.

Stage 1: In Stage 1 of the SSB selection process, candidates go through two tests:

• Officer Intelligence Rating (ORI) test and
• Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT) 

Problem-solving skills and Communication skills are tested in this particular stage. Those candidates who do not pass this stage are filtered out.  Only those who qualify for stage 1 of SSB selection are invited for the actual SSB interview i.e. stage 2.

Stage 2: Stage 2 of the SSB selection process includes

This is a 4-day-long process. Candidates who qualify at this stage are shortlisted for final recruitment. 

NDA Exam Selection Process 2023 – Document Verification

Once the candidates have cleared the Interview round, you are eligible for document verification. Here is the list of documents you must carry for the document verification rounds.

1. 10th Passing Certificate
2. 12th Passing Certificate
3. Caste Certificate if you belong to SC/ST/OBC, etc.
4. Photo Identity: School I-card
5. Address Proofs: Aadhaar card/Voter ID/Passport/Nivaas Pramaan Patra (Address proof)
