Which Countries Provide Free Education For International Students?

Norway  Norwegian public universities do not charge tuition fees for international students, including those from outside the EU/EEA. 

Finland  Aalto University is a multidisciplinary university located in the city of Espoo, Finland it does not charge tuition fees for international students.

 Austria  This Public university in Austria does not charge tuition fees for international students from the EU/EEA or Switzerland.
