How To Cope With Sleepiness While Studying?

Get Enough Sleep -  Try to establish a regular sleep schedule that allows you to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

Take Breaks -  It's important to take breaks while studying to give your brain a chance to rest and recharge.

Stay Hydrated -  Dehydration can make you feel tired and sluggish. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help you stay alert and focused.

Eat Light and Healthy Meals -  Heavy, carb-loaded meals can make you feel sleepy and sluggish. Instead, opt for light, healthy meals that will give you sustained energy throughout the day.

Use Caffeine Wisely -  Don't overdo it on coffee or energy drinks, as this can lead to jitters and anxiety. Instead, try drinking green tea or taking a caffeine pill in moderation.

Get Active -  Exercise is a great way to boost your energy levels and help you stay awake while studying.

Change Your Study Environment -  Move to a different room, study outside, or try a new study location to help you stay alert and focused.
