- Ph.D. in any of the Humanities or Social Sciences disciplines, inclusive of gender studies and social work.
- Experience in gender and related issues for more than 10 years after acquiring a post-graduation degree.

- Computer: Basic MS Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, and Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
- Language: Hindi and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
