Ashok Soota, Tech Visionary, Co-Founder Happiest Minds Technologies -  Born on 12 November 1942, Soota spent his childhood in what is now the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) of Pakistan. He received his Bachelor of Electronics degree in 1964 from IIT-Roorkee and in 1973 

Arvind Krishna, CEO, IBM - The 57-year-old Arvind Krishna, CEO of IBM is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

Azim Premji – Founder-Wipro, Investor, Philanthropist -  Born in 1945 in Mumbai to an entrepreneur father Mohamed Hashem Premji, Premji went to the US to study Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.
