How To Sit For Long Hours To Study

A good posture is like a vitamin for confidence. The best accessory for any outfit, it gives you a boost of energy and self-esteem. You should be aware of the best sitting position for concentration as a student. 

Choose the best desk and chair -  Many students prefer to learn while lying down but this is not the right idea. Instead of keeping your back on the desk, get a comfortable chair. 

Finding The Right Position For Screen -  It is best to place the screen at your eye level. This will ensure that it does not curve. Find out what you like the best. 

Take Breaks -  It is difficult to study for long hours and it can even prove counterproductive. Instead of studying for long hours, take breaks every 30 minutes and go for a stroll. 

Improve Your Lighting -  Poor lighting can have an impact on how your body sits. If your monitor is directly exposed to sunlight, your body may need to adjust to better see it. It is also important to ensure there is no direct sunlight on the screen.
