Trends to keep in mind if you are planning to study abroad

Course Selection: First, select a course that interests you. You can compare the subjects provided by various universities and then choose the university/institute that provides you with the best combination of subjects. Healthcare, medical science, supply chain, IT, digital sectors, and manufacturing.

01

Now that you’ve decided on a course and a subject combination, it’s time to look at the course duration. Some colleges provide the same course for a limited period of time, while others provide it for a longer period of time.

02

Institute/College: After determining the course and duration, the next step is to determine which college or university provides the particular combination of subjects.

03

Fees: It’s also a good idea to see which university offers the same course at a cheaper cost. Choose the university that best suits your budget. Remember that fees aren’t the only expense you will face.

04

Country: Similarly, when deciding on a study destination, it is important to consider the courses available in that country, what scholarships you can get as well as the cost. Consider the length and overall cost of your course before deciding where you’d like to study abroad.

05

Finances: Studying abroad costs several lakhs per year, ranging from Rs15-20 lakhs to Rs30-40 lakhs. It means that, in addition to the subject and country, you must consider how you will obtain the necessary funds. If you can afford it on your own, that’s fine.

06

Visas: Now that you have sufficient money and have decided on a course and country, the most important move is to apply for a visa. You must review the embassy’s requirements for granting visas before appearing for a study visa interview.

07

Accommodation: If you’ve been given a visa to study abroad, the next question is where you’ll stay during your studies. You must determine which option is less expensive: a hostel or living nearby.
