CAT vs XAT - Learn the Difference

Common Admission Test (CAT) -  

Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer- based test for admission to undergraduate management programs. 

The CAT results are accepted by 20 IIMs, FMS, IITs' MBA, MDI, SPJIMR, and 3000 other MBA colleges. 

Graduation from a recognized university with 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category candidates) can apply for CAT exam. 

XLRI Admission Test (XAT) -

For more than 72 years XLRI is conducting XAT at all India levels to select the most appropriate students for management education. 

XAT is administered by XLRI Jamshedpur, and is accepted by 150 other MBA colleges, including SPJIMR, IMT, and XIMB. 

Graduates in any stream from a recognized university can apply for the XAT exam.
