In order to become eligible for CA Exam, you will have to fulfill the ICAI Eligibility Criteria laid down by the exam conducting authority, i.e. Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). ICAI has prescribed the basic eligibility norms which candidates must fulfill for appearing for CA Exam 2022. – Candidates who have completed their class 10 examination regularised by the state government or central government or equivalent examination*. Such candidates can take provisional admission which will be regularized only when they clear Class 12 exams. – Candidates who are appearing in class 12 exams or have qualified class 12 exams can also register with ICAI for CA Foundation examination
– Candidates who have passed the CA Foundation exam can register for any of the CA Intermediate exam group(s). – Candidates who are graduates/ postgraduates in commerce and have a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply for the CA Intermediate course. – Any candidate who has passed erstwhile the Foundation exam or Professional education (examination-I) or Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is also eligible to enroll for the CA Intermediate exam.
– Candidates who are graduates/ postgraduates in commerce and have minimum of 55% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply for the CA Intermediate course. – Candidates who are graduates/ postgraduates in any other stream (except commerce) and have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate are also eligible to register. – Candidates who are graduates/ postgraduates in any other stream (except commerce) and have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate are also eligible to register.r.
– Should have passed the CA Intermediate/CA IPCC Examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate percentage and 40% marks for each subject.
