About the Book
The Open Agenda details the many habits and nuances that a beginning physics teacher needs to inculcate into students in order to teach the content. It is about the innate cultural characteristics of teaching science in general, and physics in particular, that a teacher should not assume students know automatically. Good problem solving techniques and other skills can indeed to be taught if done so explicitly and repeatedly. Though written from a physics perspective, it is easily readable and applicable for the other sciences.
