Structural Design-III

This book will serve as a text book for the students of final year (B.E.) of degree Course in Civil Engineering. The present text is presented in 15 chapters. The theory of each chapter is written in simplified language and number of solved problems which cover the practical aspect of theory are included at the end of each chapter. Since, the student usually has his greatest difficulty in applying the theory principles that he has learned to specific situations. To develop this ability among students, special attention has been given to the selection and treatment of illustrative examples. Every solved problem is presented in pictorial form which will help the students to imagine and grasp the practical problems from the field.
