International Relations

In today’s globalised world, it is important to understand the implications of international trade and international business. International relations form an integral part of international business and are one of the most important aspects of international trade. It shows how much trade is done between countries and how much trade is expected in the future. For example, the countries of European Union (EU) enjoy the best of international relations between themselves. They, therefore, have the highest amount of trade between themselves as compared to other countries in the world. This helps them to increase their GDP growth rates, reduce inflation, etc. The South Asian region, on the other hand, has one of the least trades amongst themselves as they do not have the best of international relations, which implies that the South Asian region is desperately needed to revive trade talks between themselves. As a logical corollary, this implies that international trade is dependent upon international relations.
