Instruments In HRD

The main focus of instruments in HRD is to make students and other readers aware of important concepts and tools in the process of human resource development. In today’s dynamic and competitive world, it is very important to have developed resources and mere training does not always help. Hence Human Resource Development can be done by using various instruments discussed in the text book. At the same time, while developing human resources in the organisation it is very important for HR professionals to be aware of organisational psychology and create a complementary culture that induces development of personnel.
