IIT JEE is a national-level exam conducted for students either cleared 12th or studying 12th. IIT JEE Main is conducted both in online mode and offline mode. IIT JEE Main comprises of two papers:
Paper 1 is an online mode of the exam with three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The question papers consist of 90 MCQ type of questions with 30 questions from each section for 120 marks each.
Paper 2 is conducted partially in computer-based and pen-paper mode. It includes objective (online) as well as drawing questions (offline). The question paper includes 30 questions from Mathematics section for 120 marks, 50 questions from Aptitude Test for 50 marks, and 2 questions from Drawing Test for 70 marks. For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded and the one-fourth mark will be deducted for the wrong answer from the total.
