It gives me a immense pleasure to present this book "Control Systems−I" for the Students of Second Year Degree Course in Electrical Engineering of Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The book is strictly written as per the New Revised Syllabus of Shivaji University with effective from 2015. I am sure, the book will also be useful to the teaching faculties while teaching this subject and also student communities. The book is written such that all the basic concepts are explained in simplified manner, eliminating all complex calculation. It is presented in more conceptual manner rather than mathematical as required by the new examination system.
