Company Law Made Easy

Company Law is one of the lengthiest law to be studied by students pursuing Company Secretaries and other professional studies. It has been noticed that students find it difficult to understand and remember the Companies Act, 2013 along with Rules framed there under. Considering this as a challenge, I decided to write a book on Company Law in simple and easy language to understand the same. While studying CS I learnt how to remember all provisions of this vast law and I have applied those techniques making it interesting and simple for students to study this subject.

My earlier book on Company Law was specially for Law students and was very much appreciated and found beneficial for students of LL.B, CA, CS and Solicitors, to learn the Company Law very easily. Considering the same, I decided to write a special book for students pursuing CS. This book contains all important concepts of Companies Act, 2013 along with latest important amendments applicable. Companies Act, 2013 is one of the laws which is being amended many times. To keep the book updated has been a real challenge considering the frequency at which all amendments have been pouring week after week.

This book has been designed to make it easy and can also be referred to as a quick reference book, by reading the gist of the provisions provided in few words in the index of the sections, compilation of all forms together chapter wise, diagrams and many more tables and acronyms. I am sure that after reading this book the reader will not only like the subject but will be keen to be an expert in Company Law.
