Book Summary:
During teaching a Pharmacology subject, assessments are carried out over the years to develop a student’s portfolio, which demonstrates the ability of the students to perform the different skills. Assessments are carried out to evaluate the development, interpretation and application of knowledge, evaluation of data and time management. The students should ensure that they are able to answer the knowledge base questions which are necessary to develop the skills to practice the profession competently.
Since far years we notice that undergraduate students having difficulty in collecting the information’s regarding the viva questions. They are also unable to answer the reasoning questions in pharmacology e.g. why the sulphonamide cause crystallourea after teaching a chapter sulphonamide. Students are also face difficulties during revision aid prior to assessment.
