The OFK College grew from a college run by the ordnance factory management committee since to 1980 to a college taken over by the government in 1985. This is the only government coeducation institution in Jabalpur having three faculties (Commerce, Science, Arts) and delivering quality education at all levels. Today it caters to provide vision for quality education to students from diverse backgrounds, irrespective of region, religion, caste, economic strata and academic performance in earlier years.
